Service Description
If you're looking to level up your training, enhance a new dynamic in your body, backbends can certainly push that forwards. It's not about stretching, it'll be about strength in your back as well. What we will cover: * Mobility exercises * Development of your bodies range of motion * How to create calmness in your body as you exercise * Pushing the end ranges of your bodies movements * How to improve your posture through motion * Strengthen the spine and bend safely * Inversion backbends as well as assisted backbends along with some 'cool party tricks'
