Service Description
Freestyle calisthenics is an electrifying form of bodyweight training that emphasizes creativity, self-expression, and athleticism. Distinct from traditional calisthenics, which often focuses on structured routines and controlled movements, freestyle calisthenics encourages practitioners to explore their physical capabilities and entertain their artistic inspirations. This dynamic discipline combines elements of gymnastics, breakdancing, and street performance, allowing athletes to construct visually stunning routines using just their body and gravity.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Individual Classes Individual classes can be booked up to 28 days in advance. All bookings are subject to availability. 2. Payment Payment for individual classes must be completed at the time of booking. Classes are non-refundable once booked, except in cases of class cancellation by the gym. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows Members must cancel individual class bookings at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to cancel in time or missing a class will result in the session being forfeited. This ensures classes remain available to other members and prevents scheduling abuse. 4. Rescheduling Individual classes can be rescheduled if done within the cancellation window and subject to class availability. 5. General Terms Classes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The gym reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. 6. Acknowledgment By booking an individual class, you agree to comply with this policy.
